Fluorite is a mineral made of calcium fluoride. The crystal structure is an isometric cube and grows in beautiful cubes. Fluorite can range in color from clear to purple and green, and often has bands of all three colors. Many pieces will fluoresce under a UV light. The largest fluorite mines are found in South Africa and Mexico. Fluorite can be used to help remove stress and anxiety from your life. It can be worn to help retain information and improve concentration. Fluorite is closely associated with the heart chakra.
